Professional Martial Arts (PMA) is committed to the art of self-defense and self-improvement. The instructors at PMA have been teaching children and adults for many years. Our ranking system is in Okinawan karate and Aikido, but we have also trained in and teach many other arts as well. We encompass a holistic approach in our training for maximum benefit.
